Barbecued Turkey with Maple-Mustard Glaze

Our thanks will be celebrated this year at Noelle & Steve’s with two birds, one barbecued and one deep-fried.  This barbecue recipe is a favorite with its hint of  hickory smoke topped with a sweet tangy glaze.  You’ll need a pot large enough to brine your turkey in overnight so plan ahead!
