Creamed Horseradish

What does every rib roast cry out for…creamed horseradish, of course!

1 cup Heavy Cream

1/2 cup fresh Horseradish – finely shredded

2 tsp Sugar

Salt & Pepper

Whip cream. Mix in horseradish and sugar.  Season with salt and pepper.  Chill well before serving.  You may want to double this.
