I was looking for a side dish to serve with grilled seafood and this Giada recipe looked tasty, fresh and easy.  As it turns out, it was all of those things!  It was a last minute decision and the market I was in did not carry Israeli couscous so I did the suggested substitute of orzo.  I still followed the same amounts and directions and ended up with a great side that could go with seafood or chicken.  I’ve had a request for “green chicken”, Herb-Grilled Chicken Breasts Thai Style,  next weekend, so this recipe might be getting another outing!
