I am always looking for good fish recipes and this one is a keeper.  Although this recipe is for 4 servings, I only needed two servings of fish.  I made the recipe as written except for preparing only the two pieces of fish.  This worked out perfectly.  There were extra crispy onions, which we easily ate and then I tossed some of the extra lemon-butter with whole wheat spaghetti.  Serve the fish over the buttered pasta and enjoy!
