Pear Pizza

This recipe was served at my Bookies Club meeting and it was quite the hit!  Everyone seemed to love it and I was told that it is the the guys “go to” appetizer at a party.  See what you think!

Boboli crust (I prefer the thin ones)
Butter
Walnuts
Pears (canned drained or fresh ones)
Gorgonzola Cheese
Camembert Cheese
Brown Sugar

Melt a stick of butter in a pan. Add brown sugar and let it caramelize a bit. Add the walnuts and simmer low. Brush the butter/brown sugar onto the bobolli crust. Then spread the remaining mixture with the walnuts. Scatter the pears around the crust, top with the cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees until everything is bubbly and brown. (Around 25 minutes). Let it set for a few minutes and then slice thinly to serve as an appetizer.
